Harris 316 Consulting & Services
Mental Health, Self Care, Guided Accountability

Our Story
As Christians, many of us grew up with certain stigmas or judgments that we can't seem to shake. These ideas, at times, can interfere with life's challenges. We wanted to be a part of a solution that breaks the cycle. We, therefore, created an avenue to empower, bring awareness, and accountability for individuals to embrace their total selves in conjunction with their faith. Harris 316 was designed to help Christians tap into wellness, faith, spirituality, and mental health through a non-judgmental lens.
